Marin Juniors will offer an early-season strength & conditioning program for all players who are interested. The sessions will develop leg and core strength, balance, and quickness. It is highly encouraged that players participate as this will give athletes a "jump start" into the season. The training will help with injury prevention as well as develop strength that will translate to improved performance on the court.
